What Is Your Life Saying?

From this vantage point, what would your life say?

When I took these pictures, I was speechless!  It's so beautiful and amazing! I couldn't see this from my house or a telescope.  My position had to change in order to see this view!

I had a lesson from my oldest daughter about how BIG God is and I want to share it with you!
One casual afternoon at home and casual afternoon with nothing of emergency to do is rare.  This day  I chose to just relax at home.  Sure, I could've responded to emails, texts, clean the bathroom or one of the bedrooms, review my to do list, follow up on things at work, work on my writing, But No.  I chose to relax and sit with nothing on my mind after going through the list above.  When I said "No" I stopped thinking about them.  I chose to relax.  Just relax.  Just bask in life at that moment.  Reflect of God's goodness in that moment.  We take moments for granted.  I encourage you to Thank God for the moment.  This particular moment I had some dental work done that morning.  So, I had a late breakfast/lunch of Camellia Red Beans and cornbread! Yum-Yum!!!

My daughter showed me 4 symbols.  I looked up thinking they were on paper.  I would say to my surprise they were not, however, this beautiful child of mine, I've learned not to be surprised.  Don't get me wrong, there are some shocks. This time was a pleasant surprise and reminder.  She raised her shirt to show the symbols.  What is that? I ask.  Her matter of fact response was "God is greater than the highs and lows!"  My mind and heart raced through the highs and lows of my life when she said it.  I smiled at her and said yes, that's good!

God is greater than the highs and the lows!  She shared how she got that revelation and I listened and thought, God is so good! God is bigger than our fear.  God is bigger than our sin.  God is bigger than us and God is bigger than them.

Even when the moment isn't good, God is still good and bigger than that moment right now.

Call on Jesus, He loves you and tender moments like above will remind us to get another vantage point.
